Station Casinos offers a multitude of learning and development opportunities for our Team Members. One of the most unique is the Job Coach Program. The Job Coach Program allows both veteran and new Team Members to shine in their respective roles.
To create a smooth transition into the Station Casinos work environment and culture, hourly Team Members are assigned a Job Coach transition them into their new position. Their Job Coach is someone that has been nominated by their manager and certified to train new Team Members.
Job Coaches provide job specific training to so new Team Members understand their job specific tasks, safety and security policies and procedures, as well as Station Casinos’ Service Standards.
